Ultraform operates a Fourslide work center that produces a variety of strip and round or shaped wire to fabricate small-size components such as clips, clamps, guides, rods, strikers, holders, tie-downs, rings, torque limiters, hinge pins, supports and brake assembly, airbag, seatbelt, and other safety components.

A Fourslide is a continuous feed horizontal machine with four moveable slides to form a completed metal component using a system of adjustable cams. The capacity is a 2.5” width limit on slit stock or .25” diameter wire with in-line stress relief capabilities.
