Our bank of Vertical Form machines uses a complex set of cams and slides to fabricate parts, often eliminating the need for setup in a secondary operation. The capacity is a 3.5” width limit on slit stock or .354” diameter wire with in-line stress relief capabilities.

Vertical Form is used to fabricate more complex cam and slide-formed parts up to 3/8” wire and 3.25” strip with up to 100”.

Our tooling engineers can bend, form, punch, chamfer, coin and pierce, cut and stress relief up to 975 degrees.
